EURO PCR 2024 (The World-Leading Course in interventional cardiovascular medicine)
EURO PCR 2024 was held from 14 to 17 May 2024 in Paris, France. The conference is the largest interventional cardiology congress in Europe, attended by 12,100 medical professionals from all over the world, and we, Toray Medical Co., Ltd. participated to have an exhibition booth as in previous years.
In addition to showcasing the INOUE-BALLOON CATHETER (IBC), we are pleased to announce that we have completed a short video showing PTMC (Percutaneous Transvenous Mitral Commissurotomy) cases using the IBC, which has been highly requested by many healthcare professionals. The video was shown to visitors at our stand and received a positive response.
Inside the booth, we continued to offer PTMC training using the 3D heart simulator "HEARTROID," as we did last year. This training enabled many healthcare professionals to learn how to use the IBC and to experience hands-on practice with the simulator that closely mimics real PTMC cases. Thanks to the enthusiastic participation, the exhibition was a great success.
We would like to thank everyone who visited. We look forward to welcoming many healthcare professionals to our stand at EURO PCR 2025, where we will be conducting product training sessions by pre-registration.
